Comments:
A popular cool season fleshy, tuberous rooted perennial with poppy-like to rose-like flowers. Plant tubers in late fall through January depending on the climate. Plant with pronged claws pointed down. Often treated as an annual in the Coastal South because ranunculus seldom return the second year. Hot weather shortens the flowering period in spring.
