Comments:
This crinum produces heavy clumps of erect dark green foliage and stalks of large balloning buds and vanilla scented, funnel-shaped flowers in spring with repeat flowering through the summer under ideal conditions. This crinum is easy to grow and performs well with little special attention. If desirable clumps can be dug and divided in late fall. Because of the stiff, upright foliage this crinum makes a nice presence in the garden even without flowers, unlike some crinums that produce soft foliage.
