Comments: This is a relatively new liriope introduction that produces large tufts of dark green foliage. It is reported to grow faster than some liriope cultivars. Liriopes need occasional grooming by cutting back the foliage in late winter just before new growth begins to remove old browning foliage. Liriopes make nice container plants for small intimate spaces. This cultivar is reported to have good resistance to common fungal and bacterial plant pathogens that often plague some liriopes.
