A leathery-fronded creeping and climbing evergreen rhizomatous fern found in southeastern Australia and through much of New Zealand. It has shiny, firm, green fronds vary in shape and size. It makes an excellent ground cover and can be grown indoors or out as a hanging basket, in a container or as a pot plant. It is easily propagated from spores.
