This rounded spreading climber ordinarily has orange to red flowers with scarlet calyces. However, the selection here had yellow flowers with chartreuse calyces. Like liquid fertilizer monthly during warm months. It is hardy in the lower part of zone 9, but need protection when there is a frost. It flowers in summer and fall and they floweres are interesting and showy. It may be grown in a container with a trellis, but must be protected from freezing temperatures. It is susceptible to spider mites, whitefly and mealybugs.
