Comments:
In spring the new leaves emerge as a bronze-purple, turn green during the growing season and are orange to red in autumn. It grows well in marginal soils that are too wet for most other tree species. It does well as a street tree and is suitable in landscapes where a small to medium sized tree is needed. The small flowers are seldom seen.
