Comments: Subject to heavy damage with a hard freeze. Mulch plants to protect roots. Many different cultivars. Even plant that do not freeze require some grooming to remove old, straggly non-productive wood in late winter just before new growth begins. Easy to root from cuttings that are about 10" long. Place cuttings in a potting soil or in a bed and keep soil mix moist. Rooting should occur in a couple of weeks.
