This is a great spring flowering tree that produces rosy-pink flower buds followed by lighter pink flowers and beautiful rosy-red fruit in the fall. Like most crabapples this one is susceptible to several insect and disease pests. Plant crabapples in well drained soil and full sunlight. Occasional pruning may be necessary to shape trees.
