Comments:
Has panicles of small, bell-shaped flowers followed by green fruit that turn brown in fall. Five-parted seed capsules are present most of the year and are a good clue to the identity of maleberry. Grows up to 20+ feet tall under good contitions, but about 12 feet is average height. It is a widely spreading, native species.
