Comments: This is an excellent evergreen,drought tolerant ground cover for the colder regions of the country where soils are neutral to acid. Plants are tough and require little maintenance once established. Rosy pink to dark red flowers are produced in late winter through early spring followed by bronze-colored foliage for the remainder of the summer. Clip back old, spent flowers of heather immediately after flowering.
