Comments:
This dwarf Liatris is an excellent perennial for a wide range of growing conditions, even those which have poor soils. It produces compact, fine-textured, dark green, grassy-like foliage. Flowers open from top to bottom, a unique feature of this genus. Spikes are filled with tassel-like rosy-purple flowers. Easy to grow and tolerant of dry conditions once well established. Grows best in a slightly acid soil
