Comments:
Fast growth the first ten years followed by moderate growth. Foliage tends to turn brown after first freeze. Deer do not brouse on foliage of cryptomeria. Positive, pyramidal form for seven to ten years, then form becomes more irregular. Not a well known evergreen tree, but worthy of much more use, because few problems associated with the cryptomeria.
